MASTERING ENGINEER

After graduating from York St John University with a First Class Honours degree in Music Production and subsequently teaching the subject in Leeds, I later made the move to London in 2015 where I worked as an in-house mastering engineer & compilations producer for some of the best known reissue labels in the UK, including Cherry Red Records and Not Now Music. In 2018 I set up The Wax Works studio, originally in Chiswick, London, and have since had the pleasure of working alongside a multitude of great labels and high-profile artists, with whom I have accumulated mastering credits now going into the many hundreds.

Having been substantially involved in the production of reissue and compilation releases for over a decade now, and as the mastering engineer here at The Wax Works, I fully understand the requirements and needs of record labels & artists when it comes to the quality of their audio. Whether it's mixing & mastering digital files, remastering from tapes of all formats, or restoring audio from vinyl, I can work together with you to create the best possible package, ensuring your customers and listeners are receiving a product of optimal audio quality at all times.
